Spicy Shrimp White Wine
A simple Spicy Italian twist on Shrimp Scampi.
Shrimp Marinated in Dried Oregano, Garlic and Olive Oil. Then Sauteed with Tomatoes, Red Pepper, White Wine and Lemon Juice. Finished with Butter and Shredded Basil. Tossed with Linguini. Parsley

Looks great. Just one question. Why dried oregano? The amount of time you would have marinated this couldn't have been too much. Wouldn't fresh have been a better choice?It would have been nice to see a few sprigs of oregano as garnish opposed to parsley. Nonetheless, it looks great.

We did not have fresh, when we have fresh i always use it as fresh, and i feel that a spring of the oregano is too close to a nonfunctioning garnish., but thanks
